Note that front seat 'full down' armrest positions are determined by the angle of the seat back frame. The armrest is designed to be parallel to the floor when the seat is reclined about 22 degrees back from vertical. Hence, customers that have complaints of a 'too low' armrest should be shown that this condition is corrected by moving the seat back to a more reclined position.
