iParts-Original OÜ is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and users. Thus, here we have prepared these privacy policy principles for the collection, use, disclosure, transfer and storage of the data of the customers. Our activities on the Internet are in compliance with all laws of the Republic of Estonia and relevant European Union legislation.

Personal Information is information that iParts-Original OÜ collects to identify or contact an individual.

  4. when submitting an application for hire purchase.

  1. We also collect non-personalised data – data that cannot be directly linked to one particular person (gender, age, language preference, location).

These data are aggregated and used to provide customers with more useful information and to find out which parts of the website, products and services are of most interest. The aggregated data are treated as non-personalised in this privacy policy.

  1. With collected personal information, we can inform customers about product news, campaigns, and upcoming events. Customers who do not wish to be on our newsletter list can unsubscribe at any time. We also use the collected personal data to deliver the goods and to fulfil our obligations to the customer.

To better serve the customer, iParts-Original OÜ may disclose information about individual users to a third party which provides services to iParts-Original OÜ and is bound by the agreement to keep the shared information confidential. The third party is, for example, our partner, which is responsible for the delivery of goods sold in the online store or the provision of hire-purchase services.

iParts-Original OÜ shall take all precautionary measures (including administrative, technical and physical measures) for the protection of the personal data of its customers. Access to personal data for amendment and processing is only provided to authorised persons.

  1. All personal information regarding the customer that has become known during the during the visit and purchase at iParts-Original OÜ online store shall be treated as confidential information.
