Issue 1: CLOCK The BLUE LED CLOCK BULBS are now Serviceable parts, please order PN 68142954AA If the customer has a concern about the CLOCK RUNNING SLOW, the problem is not due to a faulty clock. If there is sufficient voltage / ground at the connector, then simply unplugging and reconnecting the clock connector should correct the issue. Please apply dia-electric grease to the connector. If the clock is physically damaged, or RUNS fast, then replacement of the clock is required. Issue 2: (For PT vehicles only) DO NOT REMOVE THE CENTER BEZEL" Until Service Bulletin 23-011-06 is reviewed for the updated removal process of the center trim bezel to diagnose. New for the 2006-2010 MY on PT Cruisers there are (2) screws located in the air outlet ducts were added that have to be removed before attempting to remove the center bezel. Failure to do this will result in permanent irreparable damage to the I/P center bezel. PLEASE NOTE, that the center bezels are on 100 % retention and when they are sent back to the parts return group they will be reviewed by engineering.
