If you are working on a 2016 or 2017 Model Year vehicle equipped with any HEMI engine and are replacing the Rear Main Oil Seal Retainer for an oil leak concern, please inspect the rear of the engine block oil galley plugs to ensure that they are not the root cause of the leak due to possible cross-threading. The leak source can be verified by using MOPAR approved dye leak detection kit.
