If you are repairing a Durango or Grand Cherokee and the vehicle is equipped with a 2 speed transfer case (DKA sales code), and the DTC you are diagnosing is C1472 or C140E please call Mohammad Mashhour @ (248) 425-9759 prior to replacing either the Transfer Case Gear Motor or the Transfer Case Position Sensor.
